His knowledge and experience in healthcare facility operation, project development, healthcare design and construction provides a diversified expertise that ensures all aspects of the project are successfully completed.
Steve Grode provides 32 years of healthcare planning, management, and operations improvement experience. This allows Steve to quickly identify the key operational issues that will be most improved by creative facility planning and design. He has planned over 12 million square feet of new and renovation projects totaling over $3 billion. These range in size from small, five-bed rural hospitals to 800-bed urban facilities.
Steve's professional focus is on rural and critical access hospitals, acute-care medical centers, outpatient facilities, physician clinics and offices, women's health services, cardiopulmonary centers, and health and wellness facilities. Steve also has considerable experience with information and communication systems, materials management systems, and new services development.
